currently I use an opaque paper what has some noticeable white dots in the black parts of the image after transfered to the shirt, how is the black from the translution paper on a white t-shirt? I am using a hotronix swinger on 380 degrees at medium pressure should i change it to 400?
Any ideas?

I do not know the brand of paper you use and many transfer presses register different temps, so I can't talk from personal experience with that but it sounds to me that you need to increase temperature or/and dwell time.
