Note: Do not think new printers are just ready to go if you switch to other inks. Most clogging problems with new printers are starting right there!

New printers come with print heads containing a fluid, which are not necessarily ink but a liquid to prevent print heads from drying out. This liquid can do unpredictable harm if come in contact with pigments and need to be prepared by flushing and priming with a for pigment formulated flush solution as you would do with any other used print head.

In case you are going to install the FabricFast Ultra inks, use Trident's Flush solution for this purpose, which is included the ink package you have ordered.
